What we collect
Your contact details, and the health information you choose to enter: consultation notes, test results and numbers, monitoring entries, medical history, partner details if you add them, and any documents or images you upload.
Why we hold it
Only to give it back to you clearly — in your journey, your results read-through and your reflections — and, if you choose to link a clinic, to share it with that clinic's care team.
Who can see it
You, always. A clinic team can see your record only after you complete the clinic-linking step yourself, and only staff at that one clinic. Every time a staff member opens your record we write an entry to an access log. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Reflections
The reflection feature sends the notes and numbers for the relevant stage to an AI service to write a short summary. It is not used to train external models and results are stored only on your own record.
Uploads
Files are stored in private storage, scoped to you, and are only ever served through short-lived links. You can delete any upload at any time.
Your choices
You can unlink your clinic, delete individual entries, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it by contacting Simtail Group.
