1. Who we are
FertilityOS is operated by Simtail Group. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Not medical advice
FertilityOS is a record-keeping and reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or dispense, and it does not replace your clinic. Reflections generated in the app describe general patterns only and are never a diagnosis or a prediction of outcome. Always speak to your clinical team before making any decision about your care.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Clinic team accounts are created by invitation only and may only be used by the named person.
4. Medication requests
Simtail Group does not prescribe or dispense medication. A medication request made in the app is sent to your linked clinic for review and is not an order or a prescription.
5. Purchases
The IVF Clarity Blueprint, the Cycle Pass and the bundle are one-time purchases. Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using FertilityOS at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that are used to attempt access to information that is not theirs.
